Kids Yoga is Yoga for children in the age of 6-12.
Kids Yoga is a natural and healthy way for children to exercise, play,
relax, focus, and strengthen their mind, body, and spirit connection. It
includes simple animated postures of Hatha Yoga, basic stretching
exercises, Yoga games, simple breathing exercises, deep relaxation,
Mantra singing, story-telling, Yoga philosophy, and also drawing.
Kids Yoga is brought in an animated, dynamic, and playful way
well-suited for children, who by nature are creative, imaginative,
expressive, outgoing, dynamic, curious, and also sincere and serious at
the same time. Children are quick, agile, they learn fast, and love
variety and novelty.
